Yeppy ^^ Congrats to MALAYSIA !


Congrats lah manyak manyak at Pasukan Malaysia ^^ . Chayok Chayok ! .Wahseyh , celebrations hit the roof after Malaysia wins firts AFF final in 14 years * memang tak ku sangka walau pun semalam aku tak tengok perlawanan tuh ^^ . The sky was gloomy but atmosphere at National Stadium in Bukit Jalil in Malaysia was all colour and joy as Malaysians celebrated their team's first appearance in the Asean Football Federation (AFF) Suzuki Cup final in 14 years .

And when the final whistle went , the celebrations hit the roof . Malaysia had beaten Indonesia in a final match for the first time since the 1979 Southeast Asian (SEA) Games final . To add to the joy , it was an emphatic 3-0 win ! ^^ . Syukur Alhamdulillah ! Malaysian fans of all races and ages . some of them had barely learned to walk . were seen clad in the country's yellow , many wearing the team's tiger-striped jerseys and sporting yellow headbands .

Not to be outdone , the Indonesian fans came decked in their national colours of red-and-white. For them , through, the gloom continued and many flocked out of the stadium after team fell behind . Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak was jubilant over the result .

"I am so truly delighted with the victory. The team gave a good performance tonight and the whole nation is proud of our team. They need another good performance in Indonesia."
 The second leg of the final be held in Jakarta on Wednesday ^^. Tak tengok pon cam tahu je an ? haha . acctually , aku tahu pon dari member member aku include jerry tuh . lau tak dyeowg ag tau aku mang tak tau lah . ^^

Hello 2023 ! berat badan mendadak

Hello 2023. My first entry to post this year. uish  . i feel like alhamdulillah dapat stay lagi this year with orang-2 yang aku sayang. Syukur .  aku sebenarnya stress lately, bayangkan berat badan aku naik mendadak u know. aku tak tahu lah kenapa sekarnag ni rasa mcm tak semangat je nak buat something dgn keadaan skrg mcm ni. asik badan naik je. makan tak menentu. habis produk kurus aku amik. bayangkan aku sebelum kawin struggle gila nak kurus . nak pikat hati suami. sebab kan dia aku usaha nak kurus. sebelum aku kenal suami aku. berat bdn aku 78kg tak silap pastu aku cuba nk nampak kurus depan dia.  aku berjaya dapat turun berat badan aku. so sampai lah berat badan aku 67 kg. memang aku rasa bnyk sgt perubahan aku semasa kenal suami aku. so bila decide nak kawin tu. makin bertambah berat bdn aku after aku accident kaki aku problem masa jogging. so aku cuti jogging dari before kwin sampai after kawin. dari berat bdan aku 67 makin meningkat ke 85 kg. aku tak tahu lah nak ...
