Hello 2023. My first entry to post this year. uish . i feel like alhamdulillah dapat stay lagi this year with orang-2 yang aku sayang. Syukur . aku sebenarnya stress lately, bayangkan berat badan aku naik mendadak u know. aku tak tahu lah kenapa sekarnag ni rasa mcm tak semangat je nak buat something dgn keadaan skrg mcm ni. asik badan naik je. makan tak menentu. habis produk kurus aku amik. bayangkan aku sebelum kawin struggle gila nak kurus . nak pikat hati suami. sebab kan dia aku usaha nak kurus. sebelum aku kenal suami aku. berat bdn aku 78kg tak silap pastu aku cuba nk nampak kurus depan dia. aku berjaya dapat turun berat badan aku. so sampai lah berat badan aku 67 kg. memang aku rasa bnyk sgt perubahan aku semasa kenal suami aku. so bila decide nak kawin tu. makin bertambah berat bdn aku after aku accident kaki aku problem masa jogging. so aku cuti jogging dari before kwin sampai after kawin. dari berat bdan aku 67 makin meningkat ke 85 kg. aku tak tahu lah nak ...
